Exciting fellowship opportunities for a South East Asian National to go to Europe and access colonial sound archives.

Travel costs, a three month stipend and access to either:

  • The Jaap Kunst Collection at the University of Amsterdam,
  • The collections at Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision in Hilversum,
  • The audio-visual material of the BBC Archive Trust and the British Library in London, UK
  • The audio-visual and written collections at SOAS – University of London, UK
  • Sound archives on Southeast Asian music in Paris, France (CNRS, French National Library [BNF], Musée Guimet, Musée du Quai Branly, Maison de l’Asie…)
